In order to strengthen the muscles of the neck, the baby is prone to showing some things that will go well with him, and they are held at a high point; The baby tries to lift his head to see them (picture 8). The extent of this stretching movement is becoming increasingly widespread; The child gripped underneath the armpits is slowly erected from the bed or table on which he is sitting; So that not only the neck muscles but also the back muscles are exercised as required.
The same lifting action can also be done by grasping the legs with one hand. The child is tilted again, so that the hips, waist and torso are removed from the o-lur (Fig. 9).

Finally, the feet are made to bend and relax (Figure 10 and 11). Before these movements, the baby is again placed on the back and lightly dressed.

As you can see, this first exercise is based on nine basic movements and it needs to continue for days. It is also necessary to repeat the same nine basic movements several times in order to fill the fifteen minute period. Within fifteen minutes, each of these nine movements falls for a period of about 1.5 to 2 minutes. After fifteen minutes of gymnastics are over, the baby should be left behind. Muscle fatigue usually makes the body sleepy. Until the next day, she should always choose the same clock for her gymnastics movements, or even for the next day's movements, as long as she is available.

It starts with arm movements first. Fingers, wrists (picture 1), bending and opening movements on the elbow and shoulder, respectively, are performed; Finally, as in the third picture, the whole line goes up to the curl. In order to perform the leg motion, both hips are bent toward the body and they are operated together with the body muscles (picture 4). This movement is important to prepare the baby for sitting. Anyone who is gripped by the fingers of the child's fingers will thus familiarize himself with the baby as he sees in the 5th picture and repeats this movement up and down.

At the same time as these, they should also lift their lifting movements (Fig. 6). A well-trained baby meets very well that he is upset and lifted up, and he will not bother about it.
These gymnastic movements are now active in the child who has completed nine months. There are two reasons for this: First, the movements that the first accepted and practiced as it used to be, the child is now beginning to resist many voluntary movements. Secondly, gymnastic movements in this period enter the path of becoming a rehearsal of the movements of the gymnastics movements (pictures 7 and 8), the staircase movements (picture 9), the movement of the object on the head (picture 10)

All of these are active movements. In general, it is the child's psychomotor power, that is, mental power, to make a move if the child can do what he / she is currently doing.

Between the ninth and twelfth months, movements that need the child, but can not do it alone or will go wrong, are shown.

It is considered to be the most favorable period for developing weakened, undeveloped muscles in the first months if the educational aspect of milk child gymnastics is considered. After completing your age, the natural mobility of the child, the feeling of independence that you can walk through is so clear, so specific that you no longer need to have a regular gym. However, to correct any disruption in body structure, medical gymnastics should be applied.
