It is best to be able to spend a considerable part of the child's time outdoors at this age, more than anything else.

If there is a child garden close to home and the child can be taken there, the office can see and apply simple examples of gymnastics. The steps in such parks, pyramids, cubes, rectangular bars allow the child to perform operations such as climbing, hanging. If these structures are surrounded by sand, there is no great danger in their fall. The carousel brought by the child himself can also be useful. In these cases, the child is almost unaware of a physical exercise. In this age, it is necessary to change the kind of movement the child does. Thus, the child has not always made the same move, and accordingly, he has not operated more of his body than the rest of his body.

After primary school, physical education for the child is now a lesson and remains so until the end of school years, in formal school gymnastics, jumps, runs.

A more complex and more intense gymnast can only be started at ages 14-15. Competitions can also be arranged in these places. The jumps and conditions that started at the age of 8-10 are now more regular, trained. It gradually becomes a real sport by going out as a game.
