Sleeping is an Energy Storage Process


Sleep prevention is a very biological action/ismail.
 During sleep, the organism enters a basal run in a sense; That is, only basic operations at that time. There is almost no movement. No nutrients. In this case, the least amount of power is spent and at least calories are given. The consumption of the body is only enough to keep the most primitive life functions at the same level. Heart strikes, breathing and blood circulation continue.



There is very little brain work compared to daytime. All of this, the rest of the organism, leads to the accumulation of energy that needs to be awake. Sleeping is an energy storage process. Why does the child need more sleep than the elders? The answer is simple. Because the child has more energy than the elders. Compared to the energy required for some heavy work, the child's energy is low. But remember, the child is growing. It has to meet the dimensional growth of its organism. It also consumes significant calories for the formation of new tissues, as well as for the basic functions and everyday normal functions. Indeed, the duration of the child's sleep is correct with the speed of growth. In the first months, when growth is so fast, the baby sleeps all day and all night except for occasional awakening. The occasional awakening also depends on the structure of the body, the rules set by her mother. Months go through a short period of motion between long sleep periods. The baby wants to play during these times, to be looked after by their relatives, or just to watch their surroundings. There is a long sleeping period at night. Sleeps up to twice a day. These are sleep periods of one to two hours. The first is between morning and noon, the second is just after lunch. When these daytime sleepings are combined with 11-12 hours of nighttime sleep, the child sleeps for up to 15 hours in 24 hours sleeping.
